Why is there no VAT on the invoice? How does reverse charge work?
There are two levers: the tax mechanism and the Türkiye cost advantage. Both are legal, both are transparent.
In Germany, 19% MwSt (VAT) is added to agency services. A €2,000 service means €2,380 leaving the till.
We export the service from Türkiye. Under Turkish law, service exports are VAT-exempt — our invoice has no VAT line.
Siz reverse-charge (§13b UStG) ile beyan edersiniz. You declare the VAT in your own return and, if you're entitled to input-tax deduction (Vorsteuerabzug), deduct it in the same return — no extra VAT burden or cash outflow arises.

Frequently asked questions
Is there really no VAT on the invoice? Is this legal?
Yes. We export the service from Türkiye; under Turkish law service exports are VAT-exempt, so there is no VAT line on the invoice. In Germany your business declares the VAT in its own return under B2B reverse charge (§13b UStG) and, if entitled, deducts it in the same return. As a rule no extra VAT burden arises; for your exact situation consult your Steuerberater (a valid USt-IdNr. is required).
How do the contract and payment work?
A written contract is signed. Invoices are issued in euros from Türkiye without VAT; payment is by bank transfer.
How do we sign the contract remotely?
We sign the contract mutually via electronic signature on PDF. In Türkiye a qualified electronic signature (e-imza) has the same legal force as a wet-ink signature under Law No. 5070, and our agency uses a qualified e-signature. For your side we set up the way that suits you: mutual e-signature if you have an e-signature/mobile signature; otherwise we clarify valid alternative flows in the meeting.
How can I trust this remotely?
We work with measurement, not promised numbers: the first job is to set up the CAPI/GA4/GTM measurement infrastructure. In the monthly report you see clicks, messages, calls and conversions yourself. You can also review our live systems above at any time.
I already have a website and ad accounts — what happens?
We take them over. The accounts stay in your name — you always own the data and accounts; we work with administrator access.
